Corporate Counsel

The Corporate Counsel is a junior, highly execution-oriented role focused on supporting the Company’s core commercial and revenue-generating activities. This position is primarily responsible for day-to-day transactional legal support, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements related to sales, third-party marketplace offerings, suppliers, and related business operations

The role is heavily hands-on and task-driven, providing direct support to sales, business development, procurement, and partner teams under the guidance of more senior legal team members. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time managing contract workflows, turning drafts, addressing standard legal issues, and keeping deals moving forward efficiently.
