TI’s Law Department is seeking a highly motivated attorney with experience in sanctions and export controls to join our legal team. This role will place you in a dynamic environment supporting a global semiconductor business where you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping TI leaders navigate sanctions and export control measures worldwide.
In this role, you will be an individual contributor serving as a subject matter expert, providing legal advice and guidance relating to worldwide sanctions and export controls. The position may be based in either TI’s Dallas office or TI’s D.C. office, reporting to a Dallas-based Assistant General Counsel. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of global sanctions and export controls, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively work with stakeholders. The position requires travel globally. Candidates must have a law degree and be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay range for this role is shown below.
Pay Range: $138,000 - $295,500 per year
