
Thompson Coburn, a large full-service law firm with offices in eight (8) cities across the U.S., is in search of a full-time exempt Manager of Attorney Integration to join its office in Chicago, Dallas, New York, St. Louis, Los Angeles or Washington D.C. This role plays a critical part in shaping the attorney experience by leading a thoughtful, seamless integration process from offer through onboarding. Under the leadership of the Chief Legal Recruiting Officer, this position will oversee the onboarding and integration lifecycle for new attorneys, ensuring a smooth transition, and enhancing their experience within the firm. This position works cross-functionally with key stakeholders throughout the Firm to ensure a seamless integration experience. This position may be expected to build the Integration Team as the firm grows and onboarding needs increase. This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule for candidates within commuting distance of an office; candidates outside an office location may require more frequent travel, with some travel expected for all.

For applicants that meet the experience requirements for the role and are physically based in New York City, New York, the expected salary range is $118,000 - $162,000 annually upon commencement of employment.Starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis with consideration to prior experience and additional qualifications.This is in addition to a comprehensive benefit package offered by the Firm.
