NY Global Finance Of Counsel
Paul Hastings' New York office is seeking a Finance Counsel with 8+ years of experience to join the firm's rapidly growing global finance practice. The group's clients consist of many high-profile private credit funds and banks with respect to acquisition financings. Experience with acquisition financings required. This position involves direct client contact and will provide many opportunities for business development training and participation.
Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar and be in good standing. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $460,000 and a maximum of $600,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
