Robinson+Cole, a Vault "Top Ranked" Am Law 200 firm, seeks a highly motivated litigation associate to join its Government Enforcement team and Business Litigation Practice Group based in our Boston, Massachusetts office. Qualified candidates will have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, including experience in government enforcement matters (health care enforcement experience preferred) and civil litigation.

Our Business Litigation group serves entities from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups across virtually every industry, locally and around the globe. The successful candidate for this role will work on commercial disputes, class actions, trade regulation, government enforcement, and healthcare enforcement matters in a variety of industries including manufacturing, financial services, and education.

The selected candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility in investigating, defending, and litigating government inquiries, and drafting of briefs on critical motions, management of discovery, depositions, and court appearances in civil litigation matters.

Our ideal candidate has superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and sophisticated law firm or equivalent experience. Law review experience and/or judicial clerkship experience are a plus. Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required.

Massachusetts Applicants: Please note that the target base salary range for this position is $190,000 to $202,500. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's class year, years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
