You will play a meaningful role in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement proceedings with a particular focus on matters before the SEC, PCAOB, and DOJ. Our cases span global markets and involve sophisticated counterparties — including federal regulators, bankruptcy trustees, shareholders, and noteholders — demanding the highest levels of legal acumen and strategic thinking. Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.
