Legal Assistant – Private Wealth (Phoenix, AZ)


Hybrid: 4 days onsite | 1 day remote


Salary: $65K–$85K (DOE)


Join a highly respected, full-service law firm with a strong national presence as a Legal Assistant supporting their Private Wealth team in Phoenix.

This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with attorneys, stay at the center of the action, and be part of a collaborative, professional environment with strong long-term growth potential.

If you take pride in staying organized and being the person others rely on, you’ll thrive here. You’ll support three attorneys and two paralegals, helping keep everything running smoothly day to day.


What You’ll Do

  • Support 3 attorneys and 2 paralegals with day-to-day operations
  • Act as a primary point of contact, managing workflow and coordinating across internal teams
  • Prepare, revise, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings and e-filings, with high accuracy
  • Handle calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with client billing, including billing letters and budget tracking
  • Process new client/matter intake, conflict checks, and file setup
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and ensure all documentation is complete
  • Maintain attorney contacts, CLE tracking, and general admin support
  • Collaborate with a team, assist with overflow work, and participate in team meetings
  • Use internal systems to track and manage assignments
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of legal support experience
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Typing speed of 60+ WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat


Nice to Have

  • Experience in Private Wealth or Estate Planning (major plus)
  • Prior executive assistant or high-level calendar management experience
  • Transcription experience
  • Strong process and information management skills
  • Associate degree preferred
