Position Summary
WattBridge, the world’s preeminent PE6000/LM6000 delivery platform, is seeking an Environmental Manager to lead all environmental permitting, diligence, compliance efforts for our full power delivery platform focused on Data Center Campus style development. WattBridge developed, financed, built, owned and operated the world’s largest LM6000 portfolio consisting of 2,400 MW’s from 2019 through 2025. The platform raised over $2BN in capital and is now partnered with Energy Capital Partners as our majority sponsor. With competitive advantages in securing power equipment as an OEM, a proven track record in building out a successful thermal generation portfolio, and a fully vertically integrated execution platform, we are well positioned to be highly successful in the data center industry.
Responsibilities
The Environmental Manager will provide environmental, compliance, permitting and reporting support to the WattBridge objective of providing power generation and shovel-ready campuses to data center offtakers. These projects will provide up to 1.5 GWs of thermal generation commissioned by 2029 and ultimately up to 5 GWs. These responsibilities include:
