We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join the Solutions for Financial Intermediaries team within a leading global financial institution’s Institutional Client Group. This role will support the Legal Documentation Unit by coordinating, reviewing, and preparing legal documentation related to structured products issuance.

Job Title: Legal Documentation Support Associate Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare structured product documentation including Term Sheets, Pricing Supplements, and Notes
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Structuring, and Legal teams to support transaction execution and documentation workflows
  • Manage high-volume, time-sensitive documentation requests while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Develop, test, and maintain templates to support automation and efficiency of deal documentation processes
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support regulatory filing activities and ensure proper maintenance of documentation records
  • Identify, report, and escalate legal or documentation-related issues to management as appropriate
  • Track and manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Provide additional operational and documentation support as required by the business

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience working with Adobe Professional
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proofreading, grammar, and document review capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with strong judgment, reliability, and professionalism

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads in fast-paced environments
  • Strong reliability and accountability
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder coordination skills
  • Prior exposure to financial services, legal documentation, capital markets, or structured products environments is a plus
