We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join the Solutions for Financial Intermediaries team within a leading global financial institution’s Institutional Client Group. This role will support the Legal Documentation Unit by coordinating, reviewing, and preparing legal documentation related to structured products issuance.
Job Title: Legal Documentation Support Associate
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Duration: 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare structured product documentation including Term Sheets, Pricing Supplements, and Notes
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Structuring, and Legal teams to support transaction execution and documentation workflows
- Manage high-volume, time-sensitive documentation requests while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Develop, test, and maintain templates to support automation and efficiency of deal documentation processes
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Support regulatory filing activities and ensure proper maintenance of documentation records
- Identify, report, and escalate legal or documentation-related issues to management as appropriate
- Track and manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Provide additional operational and documentation support as required by the business
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Experience working with Adobe Professional
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proofreading, grammar, and document review capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong judgment, reliability, and professionalism
