Position: Paralegal Specialist Duration: Long-term Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Job Description paralegal who will perform the management level review of our arbitrator applications.

• After the application is processed by administrative staff, the Management Reviewer reviews the work of the administrative staff.
• The Reviewer analyzes the information the applicant supplied along with information from the background check, CRD, Internet searches, etc.
• The Management Reviewer determines whether the applicant can be classified under Client rules and makes a recommendation to our external review board regarding whether to approve or deny the application.
• Some statutory interpretation experience is preferred.
• A background in securities arbitration is helpful.
