Legal.io is working with an award-winning SaaS platform company seeking a part time employment counsel for a 4 month contract (leave coverage).

What You’ll Do:

Looking for someone who can support 20h / week on employment (80%) and corporate (20%)

Secondee needs to be experienced with employment issues. We’ve gone through restructuring so some litigation around wrongful termination is possible.

Exposure to international employment law is a plus.

Being able to assist on corporate matters would be a plus.

Provide direction and advice to, and drafts and coordinates labor and employment law-related documents for the company, including separation agreements and employment agreements.

Responds to inquiries/requests by department and outside counsel.

Who you are:

An experienced employment attorney with 5+ years of experience

A specialist in CA employment law

Active and in good standing with the state bar association

Anticipated Start Date: May 1, 2022

Location: Remote (company is based in San Mateo, CA)

4 month contract, part time (20 hours per week)
