Databricks is seeking an energetic and enterprising Legal Compliance Analyst to join the Legal Compliance & Ethics Team ("LC&E"). You will report to the Managing Legal Director, Compliance, and support all program areas within LC&E. You will help build critical infrastructure and capabilities that will have company-wide (including management and board-level) visibility. You will own, manage, and help optimize all team systems, tools, and processes, serve as a data guru for the team, and continue to help grow and execute on our team agenda, including our priority internal processes and procedures.

The impact you will have:

• You will be the primary administrator for our whistleblower hotline and case management platform
• You will be the primary administrator for our compliance workflow and third-party risk management tool
• You will aid in continuous improvement and optimization of our existing systems and processes and help develop enablement material for systems users
• You will work in our Learning Management System to pull reports and track Compliance training to completion
• You will assist in developing our communications calendar and content, including drafting Compliance Newsletters, and will maintain Legal Compliance internal websites and links
• You will maintain our library of training materials and our inventory of training activities
• You will aid in policy management and be responsible for overall team data quality, document management and retention
• You will aid in pulling, developing, and visualizing data for quarterly or other necessary reports
• You will execute on any Entity Level Controls set by our SOX team, to the extent owned by LC&E, and maintain appropriate documentation required
• You will execute on additional recurring tasks and testing, and provide ad hoc support where needed for various LC&E projects and priorities, including around data insights and analytics

What we look for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Education or certification in Math, Business, Economics, Accounting, IT or Systems Administration or comparable field(s); familiarity with the software industry (and SaaS) a plus
• 2+ years of management consulting, finance, investment banking, public accounting, systems design and optimization, or comparable relevant experience
• Expert in Excel & Google sheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) a must; comfortable managing large datasets; must be familiar with vlookups, hlookups, pivot tables, dashboards, and charting data
• Experience with business insights and visualization tools (Tableau, Lucidchart/Visio, PowerBI or similar), as well as project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Asana)
• Familiarity with enterprise software systems a plus, such as SalesForce, Coupa, case management software, etc.
• Resourcefulness, flexibility, enthusiasm, desire to learn, and a positive can-do attitude
