Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Director, Compliance and Ethics Operations is a is a critical thought-leadership role that will develop strategy, participate in, and lead cross functional workstreams, develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators across large format markets.

What You'll Do

  • Assists the Global License & Permits ("L&P") Program Lead with managing global aspects of the L&P program.
  • Leads the policy and procedure governance for the global L&P compliance program.
  • Develops global program policies and procedures to consistently address risk in the US and International markets.
  • Coordinate compliance activities for the US and International L&P Compliance teams.
  • Develop and manage training and awareness content and completions for the global program.
  • Manage compliance monitoring activities for the global program.
  • Partner with market Subject Matter Experts to recommend solutions and action plans to address monitoring findings and other identified risks.
  • Business product owner for the L&P specific technology solutions used in all operating markets.
  • Directs the ongoing development of L&P technology solutions and work with Tech teams and other groups to digitize and automate L&P efforts.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain global controls and solutions for the L&P program.
  • Manage all program reporting requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • A legal, architect, or business qualification with at least 5 years' experience in Legal or Compliance.
  • Experience collaborating across the workplace with a teamwork mentality.
  • Driven to execute and to act quickly.
  • Process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of operations and can integrate ethics & compliance into operational ways of working.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field and 5 years' experience in human resources, ethics and compliance, corporate communications, or related area OR 7 years' experience in human resources, ethics and compliance, corporate communications, or related area.

2 years' supervisory experience.
