Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Join the Health & Wellness Compliance team to support the growth and development of our omnichannel healthcare compliance program ! We are currently seeking a Senior Manager , Monitoring & Reporting, who will be responsible for the following : (1) de sign and implement monitoring programs , (2) e stab lish documentation and reporting, (3) communicate results to stakeholders and leadership , and (4) identify program gaps and recommend solutions, and (4) c ollaborat e with stakeholders cross-functionally to achieve goals.

You'll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If

  • You have 3+ years of health and wellness compliance experience.
  • You have monitoring or auditing experience.
  • You have experience in developing and implementing programs. You have e xcellent project management and organizational skills.
  • You have experience identifying key performance indicators and building reports .
  • You are a team player and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You have s trong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  • You are o rganized, disciplined, and thrive in a fast-paced environment .

You'll Make An Impact By

  • Strengthening the H&W compliance program by building a formal monitoring program to identify gaps and drive solutions.
  • Increasing visi bility and efficiency for the H&W compliance program by d eveloping tracking mechanisms to increase visibility to KPI's and tracking KPI's through projects
  • Cultivating strategic partnerships through strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive priority initiatives.
  • Demonstrating exceptional leadership through inspiration, motivation, successful execution, and sound judgement .

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
