We are actively seeking Oil & Gas attorneys located in Dallas, TX with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil and gas law, with a focus on commercial contracts.
- Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry and related legal standards.
- Substantive expereince advising on legal risks and business terms of various deals.
- JD from an accredited institution.
- Active bar license in good standing in Texas.
- Willingness to support a hybrid role in the Dallas, TX area (two days onsite).
- Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
