Jesse joined Ropes & Gray in 2016 as counsel in the securities & public companies group. His practice is focused on advising technology, biotech, consumer retail and energy companies, and financial institutions, in connection with equity and debt financing transactions and other strategic transactions. He also advises clients on SEC reporting and compliance obligations, corporate governance and related issues.
