Although I continue to mediate and arbitrate the type of commercial cases I litigated and tried over a 25 year legal career, my primary work is consulting with individuals and businesses about negotiations. I have worked with agencies negotiating yearly services contracts but primarily with men and women negotiating compensation for new and existing jobs and the resolution of business to business disputes.
