I have longer than 20-year practical experiences in the international trade law area as an in-house government lawyer, as a legal officer in the WTO Secretariat, and as a private practitioner, in particular, representing a government in the WTO dispute settlement procedures, and assisting governments in negotiating EPAs/FTAs and designing governmental measures consistently with the international economic law.
