• Conduct initial reviews of government post-employment / revolving door restrictions for Salesforce applicants who are current or former 
government employees.

• Conduct research and preparing ethics certification letters for proposed gifts and gratuities to government personnel (addressing both ethics and lobbyist gift restrictions), and review and prepare invitations for government personnel to speak at Salesforce events.

• Review marketing materials focused on public sector customers.

• Coordinate, collect, and analyze information for the submission of lobbying disclosure reports at the federal, state, and local level in the 
United States and select European countries.

• Implement projects to assist in streamlining and scaling public sector ethics and lobbying efforts.

• Research, analyze and draft client and internal memoranda regarding compliance issues.
• Assist entities with the development and administration of comprehensive lobby compliance programs, contributor based- contribution ban compliance programs, and corporate and PAC campaign contribution activities at the federal, state and local level.
• Draft, review, and revise campaign materials and campaign finance and lobby reports for federal, statewide, and local campaign committees, donors, and lobbyist-employers.
• Oversee research for lobbying projects of corporate clients and their affiliated political non-profit organizations.
• Research and build client project portfolios that were presented for lobbying purposes to governmental bodies and agencies.
• Incorporate 501(c)(4) organizations and maintain their good standing through compliant filings with state agencies and the IRS, administration of their financial activity, and management of their corporate records.
• Produce and catalog PAC financial information for political reporting and audit purposes.
• Prepare and file local, state, and federal lobby and PAC reports
• Participate in advising of corporations, non-profit organizations, trade associations, and other entities on federal, state and local lobby, campaign and ethics laws, and other conflict of interest laws.
