• Negotiate and draft various contracts with vendors and artists;
• Assist the Head of Legal with general corporate matters and other special projects or tasks on an as-needed basis;
• Manage the contract administration lifecycle, including responding to and tracking inbound requests;
• Lead and support transformational projects and systems across legal and compliance with a focus on decreasing legal expenses and increasing efficiency across businesses both internally and to meet external audit and regulatory needs; and
