Gavin Newsom Signs Law Requiring All Companies to Include Salary Ranges

- A Bloomberg Law survey reports lawyers feel burnout an average of 47% of the time in the first half of the year; which is down 5% from the last quarter of 2021. More here

Average office occupancy for law firms 
nationally was 60.7% for the week of Sept. 21, compared to 47.3% average occupancy of all other industries for that week, marking the highest level of occupancy since the start of the pandemic. More here.
