Legal.io is working with a mid-sized regional law firm with offices in Los Angeles and Orange counties. The firm is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to work out of its Long Beach office handling a very busy trust and estate practice which includes estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorships and related litigation.

Candidate must possess both transactional and litigation skills, strong client handling skills, advocacy skills, be available to make court appearances in all local courts including Los Angeles and Orange Counties Probate Courts and related appearances concerning probate, trust and conservatorship matters within those Courts. Candidate must have drafting experience with estate plans including revocable trusts and also similar drafting experience with transactional non litigated trust administration. Candidate will support current associates and partners, but also receive invaluable business development coaching and opportunities. The firm is looking for entrepreneurial attorneys that are interested in potential partnership track.
