Responsibilities
7-Eleven is seeking an awesome, experienced, and talented litigation attorney with 5-10 years experience to support our rapidly growing and evolving business in the U.S. Attorneys at 7-Eleven are trusted members of the business. Our work is intellectually challenging, exciting, and fast-paced. Developing innovative solutions to novel legal questions is part of our daily business.
You will serve as the attorney responsible for overseeing a variety of litigation matters, including premises liability/personal injury, ADA, product, contract, and franchise cases. You will partner with the business on a daily basis to offer your thoughts on a broad range of consumer, commercial, and regulatory matters.

This position will be located at the Store Support Center (aka our HQ) in Irving, Texas. A hybrid home/office option is available.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Acting as supervising counsel for a variety of litigation dockets and overseeing outside counsel throughout the United States and Canada.
- Providing internal legal support and collaboration with other in-house counsel across a variety of pre-litigation and litigation issues.
- Supervising paralegal support on the litigation dockets.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Education: JD
Years of Relevant work Experience: 5+ years
Years of Management Experience: NA
Certifications/ Licenses: Licensed Attorney
Specific Knowledge And Skills
Experience with e-discovery tools for preservation, collection, review, and production is necessary.
The ability to navigate in Excel or put together a mean PowerPoint is a plus.
