The legal group is currently seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented transactional attorney. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for negotiating, drafting and supporting contracting for the US team across all lines of business and corporate areas.
Responsibilities
Corporate Counsel at Buck

Purpose
Buck’s in house legal team is currently seeking to add a highly motivated, results-oriented transactional attorney. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for negotiating, drafting and supporting contracting for the US team across all lines of business and corporate areas.
Experience
Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the candidate will have significant experience in supporting professional services, consulting, outsourcing and technology firms. The selected applicant will be afforded the opportunity to expand their role into other legal functions within the business, according to their abilities, experience and desire.
In this client-facing position, the ideal candidate will have a track record of establishing solid relationships, be polished and highly personable. A self-starter who has taken control of their career to date, will be an ideal fit at Buck. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make the jump in-house or someone with in-house experience who wants to take their career to the next level. The position provides flexibility through working from home in addition to working in our Pittsburgh, Atlanta or St. Louis Offices.

Qualifications
Member in good standing of a US Bar
Must have minimum 3 years of pertinent experience at a firm or in-house in contract drafting and negotiation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Skilled lawyer with strategic business acumen

Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Excellent drafting skills
