Brown & Crouppen Law Firm is looking for a Paralegal who will work in conjunction with the attorneys and other paralegals to effectively manage cases while providing superior service to the client at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily case management
• Reviewing police reports, supplemental reports, medical records, insurance policies, etc.
• Preparation of settlement distributions and allocations
• Enter plaintiff and defendant insurance acknowledgments into CMS
• Review and organize medical bills and records
• Make follow up calls to clients as appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Paralegal with personal injury experience preferred
• Must possess strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail
• Must have the ability to handle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in legal research
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education:

• Associates Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
