Our Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Practice seeks an associate, senior associate, or counsel with at least two years of post-JD experience in executive compensation and employee benefits. Our practice in this area covers both transactional and non-transactional matters and includes: employee benefits, ERISA, executive compensation, equity compensation and deferred compensation arrangements.
