Everlaw has rapidly expanded over the past 18 months and we’re continuing to grow. We’re seeking a hands-on and experienced Senior Employment Counsel to join our legal team to provide practical and clear legal advice on a broad range of personnel-related topics and ensure Everlaw’s compliance with employment laws in line with its business goals. We are looking for a thoughtful, creative and collaborative individual, who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and intellectually challenging work environment.
The Senior Employment Counsel will be the primary legal advisor to Everlaw’s Human Resources Team and will support all aspects of US and international employment for Everlaw’s quickly growing workforce.

This is a part-time (20 hrs/week) onsite position located in Oakland, California.
