paid summer 2022 internships in the Business & Legal Affairs Department.

Concord’s Business & Legal Affairs team is comprised of 30+ professionals who provide business and

Theatricals. The team works closely with A&R, Finance, Royalties, and Licensing in each division.

Students who are selected for these internships will have the opportunity to participate in a variety
of business and legal affairs matters in each of Concord’s divisions. Work experience may include
shadowing or assisting with mergers and acquisitions; frontline artist, writer, and author signings;
contract summaries and administration; new media licensing; infringement and litigation; and more.
Our goal is to provide a varied, educational, and engaging legal experience for interns, while enabling
them to contribute to Concord and its operations in a meaningful way.

Applicants should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment; excellent judgement and ability to prioritize tasks; attention to detail and strong followup
skills; excellent organizational and communication skills; and be tech savvy with experience using
Microsoft Office (specifically Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel). Ideally candidates will
be interested in working in the music industry and will have had some exposure to intellectual
property law or copyright law.

While Concord has offices in Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, Miami, London, and Berlin, summer
2022 internships will be remote or operate on a hybrid or in-person schedule if applicants are located
in Nashville, TN or New York, NY. The program will be 11 weeks, with an anticipated start date of June
6th.

Concord is committed to creating a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal
opportunity employer. We employ, train, compensate, and promote regardless of race, religion,
color, national origin, sex, disability, age, veteran status, and other protected status as required by
applicable law. We believe that diversity, inclusion, and equity are paramount for the creation of

Interested candidates should submit a cover letter (including a statement of the unique contributions
they will bring to Concord), resume, and recent transcript to Concordat this link. For any questions, please reach out to the Human Resources
Department at the following e-mail: lizzie.theriot@concord.com. Applications should be submitted
by April 8, 2022. Decisions are expected to be made by April 15th.
