Legal.io is working with several established and growing tech companies seeking 100% remote, legal operation, contract managers on a contract basis to support their existing legal teams and business divisions.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and redline revenue and procurement agreements

Assist with legal operations processes and improvements.

Tech-system savvy.

Excellent work ethic.

Required Qualifications:

3 - 5 years of experience on an in-house legal team

Experience maintaining an internal contract management system

Preferred Qualifications:

Tools: LegalTracker or similar contract management systems

Role Details:

New clients need on a weekly basis

Location: 100% remote

Full time or part time, contract hire for either 3, 6 or 12 month engagements (some contract engagements will have the option to renew, and others may convert to full time direct hire employment upon successful completion and budgetary allowance)
