Legal.io has partnered with a cutting-edge cloud computing company to add a Corporate Paralegal to their legal team. This is a fully remote, 3-month full-time contract.

What you’ll do

International entity/subsidiary management and ongoing compliance

Acquisition and restructuring projects

Assist with legal onboarding and integration of newly acquired entities

Review, analyze, and organize factual information and documents

Prepare, review, and revise entity organizational charts

Perform other legal and administrative tasks at the request of the Legal Team’s attorneys

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required and two (2) years’+ experience with international entity/subsidiary management

Paralegal Certification from an American Bar Association approved program

Proficiency with Diligent software

Role Details:

Duration: 3 month contract, with possibility to extend

Hours: 40hrs/week

Start Date: January 2023

Benefits: healthcare, vision, dental

Compensation: $50/hr - $60/hr ($100k - $120k/year comp level)
