Legal.io is working with several established and growing tech companies seeking a 100% remote, Trust & Safety Professional to join their Legal Policy team on a contract basis.

What You’ll Do / Who You Are:

  • Handle global content removal requests, including document intake and processing.
  • Work closely with Legal Policy team members on prioritizing requests and making the team's operations more consistent.
  • Join on an on-call rotation, working closely with other members of Legal Policy to provide timely responses to emergency requests from all over the world.
  • Experience in reviewing, documenting, and tracking legal requests, especially requests under global laws is preferred. You will be responsible for supporting your team in making sure requests are processed and tracked in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
  • Experienced with content review in a social media setting and can review high volumes of cases on a daily basis

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years in Trust & Safety role at tech company, or as a paralegal, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience

Role Details:

  • New clients need on a weekly basis
  • Location: 100% remote
  • Full time or part time, contract hire for either 3, 6 or 12 month engagements (some contract engagements will have the option to renew, and others may convert to full time direct hire employment upon successful completion and budgetary allowance)
