What to Expect

Tesla is looking for a highly-motivated Paralegal to join our Legal team. This critical role will support legal operations in furtherance of Tesla’s global growth strategies and initiatives. 

We are seeking someone who is detail orientated and eager to learn and assist the legal organization with administrative tasks.

 
What You’ll Do
  • Update legal tracking information (budgeting, reporting, invoices, etc.)
  • Assist with the outside counsel billing policy
  • Engage vendors
  • Act as main point of contact for legal resources
  • Manage file and mail rooms
  • Manage the SharePoint site
  • Monitor the legal department’s email inboxes
 
What You’ll Bring
  • Detail oriented, eager to learn, and scrappy attitude
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize your time and deadlines accordingly
  • A self-starter who can handle multiple projects with competing priorities and minimal supervision
  • Ability to work within a complex and constantly changing, fast-paced, and demanding work environment
