Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Counsel to join their team in Saudi Arabia.

The Role

• Manage international litigation matters in coordination with internal and external counsel.
• Monitor and report on international litigation matters across various entities, joint ventures and across the sector generally.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have completed their JD/LLM and be admitted to practice in the United States.
• At least 10-15 years’ experience overseeing complex litigation, gained from private practice and/or an in-house environment (private practice training is preferred).
• Energy sector related litigation experience is preferred.
