We're looking for a motivated, high energy individual to join the Lerner and Rowe team as an Intake Attorney. The primary responsibility of this position is to review and approve all new cases and speak with new clients signing up with the firm. Responsibilities include assisting intake representatives with potential clients by answering legal questions, overcoming objections, or explaining to a client why Lerner and Rowe, PC is the best personal injury firm for their needs. This person must be able to help clients empathetically, respectfully, and professionally in their time of need. This position will also be responsible for handling conservatorships for minors.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is respectful, shows compassion towards others, and makes a conscientious effort to provide quality legal service. This individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of work. New admittees encouraged to apply, willing to train the right candidate. Growth opportunities available in both out Litigation and Pre-litigation departments. Requirements Must be licensed to practice law in AZ In good standing with the Bar Personal injury or insurance defense experience is a plus Sales experience is a plus Bilingual/Spanish required Benefits Generous base salary with the ability to bonus regularly.
