Job Description
Prestigious Personal Injury firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join our firm providing Claims Management. This position is Pre-Litigation only.
You will meet with prospective clients, decipher whether there is a claim to be made, handle the case management through the demand process and provide settlement negotiations. You will be provided with a team of several Case Managers to assist you with the process.
Experience in Personal Injury is preferred with a minimum of 2 years of experience. You must be licensed to practice in Nevada and preferably California, as well.
