Our client, an esteemed law firm, is seeking Associate Attorneys to join their dynamic legal team in both their Atlanta GA & Raleigh NC offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload in your area of expertise, which can include areas such as Medical Malpractice, Insurance Defense, and Product/Premise Liability.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide support in case preparation.
• Appear in court, if required, and represent clients during legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to provide effective legal counsel to our clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia, or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Experience in areas such as Medical Malpractice, Insurance Defense, and Product Liability is required
• A minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 6 years of legal practice experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dedication to maintaining high ethical standards.
