Investment Management Attorney

Overview:

  • $5 Billion Credit Hedge Fund in NYC
  • 50 employees
  • Role reports to COO / GC / CCO
  • 5 person legal / compliance team

Responsibilities:

  • The role will include assisting with new fund launches including drafting all related documentation including PPM's, Offering Memorandum and Side Letter negotiation.
  • In addition, the attorney will work very closely with the compliance team with regulatory filings and testing and monitoring of the compliance program.

Qualifications:

  • 3rd or 4th year associate from an Investment Management group
  • Admitted to NY Bar

Comp: Up to $240 - $250K total compensation
