⭐ Responsibilities and more:

• Collaborate with outside counsel to structure, negotiate, and review legal documents for new financings.
• Lead due diligence, term sheet negotiations, and closing transactions.
• Evaluate company capital structure and manage follow-on transactions across the portfolio.
• Lead evaluation, recommendation, and execution of exit strategies (M&A, IPO).
• Advise on intellectual property issues related to portfolio company investments.
• Manage legal review workflow for financing documents and oversee legal due diligence.
• Manage internal legal work for employee and contractor contracts, commercial agreements, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Lead the human resource function and ensure legal compliance.
• Act as the firm’s representative in legal disputes, including arbitration or litigation.
• Lead fundraising efforts for new funds, coordinating with fund counsel.
• Advise on legal matters related to LP management and entity formation.
• Lead internal and regulatory compliance efforts, updating the team on rule changes.
• Track annual filings, disclosure documents, and registrations to ensure compliance.
