This is a plaintiff’s personal injury mass tort asbestos attorney position handling nationwide toxic tort cases. Because most applicants do not have mass tort or asbestos litigation experience, we need someone who is willing and eager to learn, preferably with a deep interest in litigation and trial work.

We are looking for someone with exceptional legal writing, public speaking, and organizational skills needed to handle, manage and master a caseload efficiently. The candidate will also need to have great people skills, as they will be dealing regularly with clients, other lawyers, and experts.

Within the first year, this employee will have their own caseload provided by the firm. They will be expected to work the cases from initial client contact through trial. This process will involve everything from: 1) legal writing, 2) conducting depositions, and 3) arguing motions. We handle plaintiff's litigation in asbestos exposure cases helping primarily elderly veterans, so the attorney will need a deftness, sensitivity, and desire to help the injured, disenfranchised, and those with diminished capacity.

Full benefits are provided at no cost (vision, dental, medical, company match IRA). This role is based onsite, and we operate without tracking billable hours. We are a nationwide practice, so although COVID has created many opportunities for remote litigation, some travel is expected.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year based on experience.
