Job Description

Arista Networks is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Attorney to support our supply chain operations. The Supply Chain Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to our supply chain management team, as well as other departments within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply chain agreements, purchase agreements, and service agreements.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and legal partner to Arista’s supply chain executives, providing strategic advice and driving important initiatives
  • Provide legal guidance to internal teams on supply chain matters, such as procurement, logistics, and transportation.
  • Analyze and mitigate legal risks associated with supply chain operations, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage and resolve disputes with suppliers and other third parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement supply chain policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to other members of the legal team and business teams on supply chain legal matters.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the bar one of the states of the United States
  • At least 8 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on supply chain and commercial law
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

The new hire base pay for this role has a pay range of $140,000 to $180,000 across the US, within [California or Colorado or New York metropolitan area or Washington].

Arista offers different pay ranges based on work location, so that we can offer consistent and competitive pay appropriate to the market. The actual base pay offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. 

The pay range provided reflects base pay only and in addition certain roles may also be eligible for discretionary Arista bonuses and equity. US-based employees are also entitled to benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings and income protection. The recruiting team can share more details during the hiring process specific to the role and location.
