Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions.
• Manage various aspects of leveraged finance, cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions.
• Provide expertise in general corporate matters.
• Oversee securities-related transactions, including private placements, venture capital, private equity, and investment funds.
• Handle corporate matters related to real estate development and joint ventures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling complex secured lending and debt finance transactions.
• New Jersey bar admission is required.
• Experience in New York or other jurisdictions is a plus.
• Additional experience in general corporate matters and securities-related transactions is highly desirable.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
