Our firm seeks a part-time to full-time associate attorney to support our robust intellectual property and technology transactions practice.

We are looking for a focused individual with 4 - 7 years of relevant experience to deliver excellent service and work product to our clients. Relevant experience includes, experience with license agreements of all kinds (hardware, software, technology, IP), technology-based service or product agreements, development, manufacturing, and supply agreements, and assignments. An innate sense of curiosity, attention to detail, and writing and analytical skills are required. We are open to candidates interested in working between 20 - 40 hours a week.

Applicants must be admitted to practice and in good standing with the bar in the state where they reside. Applicants should be comfortable working remotely with occasional travel based on client needs and business development and training priorities.
