Carterwill Search is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced attorney to join our Capital Markets team in a dynamic, full-time position. This role is on a partnership track and is ideal for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the legal field, particularly in sophisticated corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Active involvement in various aspects of sophisticated corporate transactions.
• Prior experience or a keen interest in working with a sophisticated New York practice, especially in the power and utilities industries, is advantageous.
• A strong academic background with exceptional analytical and writing skills is essential.
• Must hold current New York Bar membership.

• Demonstrates excellent legal acumen and a strong understanding of corporate transactions.
• Exhibits an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Shows a commitment to continued professional growth and development, particularly in the fields of power and utilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The salary range at the time of posting is $215,000 to $295,000. Actual salary offers may be influenced by a variety of factors including education, skills, licensure, experience, and market conditions.
