Partner Employment Attorney (Sign on bonus)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Labor and Employment Partner to join our dynamic legal team in Los Angeles. As a key member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and representation to our clients in matters related to labor and employment law.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment issues.
  • Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and other related documents.
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients on compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and administrative proceedings.
  • Handle litigation matters related to labor and employment disputes.

Responsibilities:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • 3+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and California labor laws and regulations.
