This is a full-time, permanent, and remote opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead our legal strategy across vital areas such as organizational structure, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, operations, partnerships, governmental relations, risk management, and finance.
• Provide strategic recommendations and negotiate terms to drive success.
• Offer expert guidance on various legal facets, including contracts, regulatory compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, and product safety.
• Take charge of overseeing all company litigation matters.
• Deliver day-to-day legal counsel to executives and the board.
• Draft, negotiate, review, and summarize contracts.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a General Counsel or comparable role.
• Expertise across diverse legal realms, encompassing litigation, contracts and negotiations, intellectual property, employment, and governance.
• Possess a Law Degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission into the Utah State Bar Association.
• Familiarity with supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Showcase strong leadership skills honed in a large company environment.
• SEC experience is preferred.
• FDA exposure is also a plus.
• An interest in contributing to the growth of a $100 million company in the wellness products industry.
