Job Description

Scaringi Law is a full-service law firm with a long and proud tradition of providing high-quality legal services to its clients. Our attorneys have considerable responsibility and flexibility. They are supported by well-educated, trained, and hard-working paralegal and administrative support staff. The Firm runs the business so that the attorneys are free to practice law. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in criminal defense. The practice is mainly state criminal defense and some federal criminal defense.

Benefits:

Commission: 33%-35% of collections plus 7% of collections generated by the attorney on matters originated by the attorney and 15%, 20%, or 25% (depending upon the length of employment) of collections generated by other attorneys in the firm but originated by the attorney.
