Premier midsized firm seeks an Associate General Counsel/ Contracts Specialist.

Position involves:

• Drafting new contracts
• Reviewing contracts before the parties sign
• Evaluating signed contracts in the case of a disputes
• Assisting with cases involving a breach of contract

Prior law firm or in house reviewing agreements and/or writing contracts experience is required.

Salary ranges from $140-160K. This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in office.
