Senior Counsel Position – Investment Firm Salt Lake City, UT

Our client, a prominent investment firm headquartered in Salt Lake City, is seeking a talented and strategic Senior Counsel to join their dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the negotiation, due diligence, and oversight of various investment opportunities
• Manage administrative processes and functions of the firm to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Interact seamlessly with third-party investment partners and sponsors

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of prior corporate and securities experience, specializing in documenting, negotiating, and closing investments within a leading law firm
• Detail-oriented and strategic professional with the ability to manage concurrent projects and assist with various functions of the firm
• Comfortable with the structure, terms and due diligence procedures related to a variety of investments
• Ability to engage directly and communicate well with third-party investment partners and sponsors
