Senior Attorney/Jr Partner (Remote/Hybrid)- Dallas, TX

Elite Sourcing is working with a dynamic firm that provides the highest level of legal service in a creative, efficient, and cost-effective manner. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Attorney/Junior Partner interested in joining a smaller firm. The right candidate will have experience with multi-family, industrial, commercial, office and warehouse leasing law.

Experience:

• multi-family law (developer/owner/operator side)
• first chair experience in retail, office and warehouse leasing helpful, as is general buy/sell experience.
• 8 years’ experience in related practices
• $200,000-$300,000 portable business
• Demonstrated ownership of projects and willingness to work in a collaborative and team setting, but with significant independence
• A track record demonstrating exemplary client service, organizational skills, and team work
• Excellent skills in legal research, analysis, writing, and in communication

Salary and Benefits:

• $220K-$240K, will depend on experience, portable business etc.

• Eligibility for year end bonus

Work Environment:

• Flexible remote work policy with no required minimum of time in office, but do have preference that you will work more in the office than not.
