Secondaries Attorney (Counsel)

ROLE An elite US law firm is seeking a Counsel-level secondaries/funds attorney to join their growing team. The team works across all key industries including real estate, VC, private equity, infrastructure and hedge funds and you will be working on some of the most cutting edge deals across the country and internationally, mostly on GP-led deals. Experience training and developing juniors will be highly regarded.
Candidates must:
- Have at least 4 years' of experience in a leading US Secondaries' team
- Have experience mentoring and developing juniors
- Be qualified to practice in the State of New York
The team is a culture-driven, collaborative group with a real focus on mentoring and development from the top. Cravath scale salary on offer.
